Unlike many venues The Manor Barn offers a choice of catering companies. This allows our couples a range of styles, personalities and price! We encourage couples to work with their chosen caterer to create a personal, unique menu that suits their wedding day plans.
You can also add an additional caterer for your evening reception
If you would prefer to use another caterer please be aware that an additional charge of £1,000 will be included.
Drinks Packages + Bar
The Manor Barn is a licensed wedding, party and events premises offering two fully stocked, licensed and staffed bars for your wedding day – you decide the opening time and whether you would like to place a pre-paid tab behind the bar.
To make life a little easier, we have put together some super drinks packages for the day and evening, with easy to understand pricing. The Day Packages contain reception drinks, wine for the wedding breakfast, enough soft drinks to last through the reception and wedding breakfast and a glass of prosecco for the toast for each of your guests. While the Evening Packages contain a variation of unlimited alcohol options.
Alternatively, you may bring your own wine and champagne for the wedding breakfast and toast – this does incur a corkage fee of £10 per bottle.
Situated in the Manor House, the Wedding Suite is a luxurious, private and completely self-contained space including kitchen, living room, dressing room, two bathrooms and master bedroom. For more information please click HERE.

The Manor Barn is a licensed civil ceremony venue and provides couples with a selection of spaces; within the barn there is The Stables (120 people) with its vaulted ceiling or the authentic rustic Mill Room (75 people). Or, for a truly intimate ceremony, the Billiard Room (60 people) in the manor house is also an option.
Village Church Ceremony
If you are a member of the Church of England & meet their criteria for a religious ceremony, why not get married in the beautiful setting of St Peters church in the village of Winterbourne Stoke. . The Grade I listed church, which is mentioned in the Domesday Book, is built with stone with an ornate Norman doorway. Pretty and picturesque, it is a memorable place to exchange vows.
